Golden On Pond

This house, high on a hill overlooking Lake Cochituate's South Pond didn't grow any in this remodeling, but it was transformed immensely to great effect.

The existing kitchen became a bedroom and hallway while the existing family/recreation room was severed for a newly configured space facing the pond. This became a family room while the old bedroom turned into a kitchen flowing into the family room. Below is an all new recreation room that walk s out to a patio with deck above… overlooking the lake through a modern, wire enclosure to preserve the view
